My Background
Born and raised in Eugene, I moved away after high school to live in Los Angeles and Seattle. My wife and I returned in 2004 to raise our family. I spent five years working as a professional musician, fifteen years in the marketing and advertising field, and three years as a licensed remodeling contractor before beginning my full time real estate career in 2008.
Real Estate Expertise
I am a skillful collaborative negotiator, successful at both buyer and seller representation. My average annual number of transactions is 24. My marketing background and skill in photography and video provides a competitive advantage to my clients in selling their homes, and I take special care to point out and assist in the investigation of potential issues with home condition for buyers by virtue of my remodeling background. Having grown up in Eugene, and spending the past 13 years in the community as both a contractor and realtor, I have a very good feel for the neighborhoods. I follow and report on market trends and tour new listings both online and in person to keep up to speed on what is available. I am active in the local, state, and national Realtor associations, and a member of the Lane County Million Dollar Club, for Realtors who complete a high volume of transactions each year and provide exceptional service to their clients.
Personal
Along with helping my clients experience success in real estate, my joy in life comes from my wife and two young daughters, my home and garden, preparing and eating good food, making movies and music, outdoor recreation, and the friendships I am fortunate to enjoy.
My company.
I have enjoyed nearly ten years representing clients with the support of two respected local real estate firms. At the end of 2017 I combined my experience in management, marketing, sales and customer service to launch my own brokerage: You're Home Real Estate. I look forward to continuing my mission of providing exemplary representation for buyers and sellers of residential real estate and I thank the many wonderful clients, friends, and associates who support my business.
