Just under 2 hours Northwest of Eugene lies the charming village of Yachats, Oregon. This tiny town of 742 souls is home to a handful of wonderful eateries and a vibrant arts community. I shot this video on a mid-week trip to meet friends for lunch and tour ocean-view real estate. I represented them in the purchase of a beautiful home at KOHO. So nice to combine business and pleasure in a beautiful environment!
